2. Services

BrightMind Mentor provides personal growth mentorship for business leaders. Our offerings include one-on-one coaching sessions, group workshops, and remote guidance. All service details, including duration, scope, and deliverables, are described on the relevant service page.

3. Digital Products

We offer information products such as e-books, workbooks, audio recordings, and online courses designed to support leadership development. Access details and technical requirements are provided before purchase.

4. Physical Goods

BrightMind Mentor-branded materials and workbooks are available for purchase. These items are shipped to the address you provide at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

5. Booking and Scheduling

Service sessions must be scheduled in advance through our booking system. Confirmation details will be sent to your email. You may reschedule a session up to 48 hours before its start time via our Contact Us form.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in local currency and include applicable taxes. Payments may be made by credit or debit card, or other methods indicated at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information.

7. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure satisfaction with every purchase. Our refund policy varies by offering:

7.1 Mentorship Services

Mentorship services are designed around scheduled appointments. Fees paid for completed or scheduled sessions are non-refundable. However, you may request to reschedule an upcoming session by contacting us at least 48 hours before the original appointment via our Contact Us form. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

7.2 Digital Products

If you are not satisfied with a digital product, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided that access to the product has not exceeded 20% of its content. To initiate a refund, please submit your request through our Contact Us form. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

7.3 Physical Goods

You may return unused physical goods in their original condition within 30 calendar days of delivery. To begin a return, please contact us via our Contact Us form. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

8. Cancellations and Transfers

Cancellations of services must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled time to avoid forfeiture of fees. Transfers of credit to a future date are permitted under the same terms and subject to availability. Requests should be submitted via our Contact Us form.

All content, trademarks, and materials on brightmindmentor.com are the property of BrightMind Mentor or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrightMind Mentor will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services, digital products, or goods.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising under or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Prague.
